2. General
Welcome to Husttle.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every Order placed through our website and any related services provided by Husttle B.V. ("Husttle," "we," "us").
By placing an Order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms supersede any terms or conditions put forward by the Client.
Husttle reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time the Order is placed shall apply to that Order. Continued use of the website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Website Use
The Client agrees to use the website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.
Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
4. Client Content
The Client is solely responsible for all designs, logos, artwork, text, and other materials ("Client Content") submitted to Husttle. The Client warrants that:
- They own or hold valid licences for all intellectual-property rights in the Client Content;
- The Client Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or design rights;
- The Client Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
By submitting Client Content, the Client grants Husttle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and modify the Client Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Order. This licence terminates upon completion of the Order unless otherwise agreed.
The Client shall indemnify and hold Husttle harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of Client Content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable within the European Union. For Clients outside the EU, prices are exclusive of any local taxes, duties, or import charges, which remain the Client's responsibility.
Prices shown are indicative and may fluctuate based on material costs, exchange rates, order quantities, and supplier availability. The final price will be confirmed in writing (via email or the Husttle platform) before the Client is asked to make payment.
Husttle reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect Orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
6. Delivery
Husttle shall use reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery dates communicated to the Client. However, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed deadlines.
The Client must inspect the delivered goods within 72 hours of receipt and report any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies to Husttle in writing (email to info@husttle.com) within that period. Failure to report within 72 hours constitutes acceptance of the delivery.
In the event of delayed delivery, Husttle will make a good-faith effort to inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible and to provide a revised estimate. Delays do not entitle the Client to cancel the Order or claim damages unless the delay exceeds 60 business days beyond the original estimate, in which case the Client may cancel the affected portion of the Order for a refund of amounts paid for undelivered goods, less any applicable fees and deductions as set forth in Section 17 (Refunds & Cancellation Policy).
7. No Right of Withdrawal
All products offered by Husttle are custom-made to the Client's specifications. In accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Notwithstanding the above, Husttle may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill refund in certain circumstances as described in Section 17 (Refunds & Cancellation Policy).
8. Faulty Products
If the Client believes that delivered products are faulty or do not substantially conform to the approved Sample or Tech Pack, the Client must notify Husttle in writing at info@husttle.com within 72 hours of delivery, providing:
- A clear description of the alleged defect;
- Photographic evidence showing the defect;
- The order number and quantity affected.
Husttle will assess the claim and, if the defect is confirmed, offer repair, replacement, or a proportional refund at Husttle's discretion. Minor deviations in colour, texture, or dimensions that fall within industry-standard tolerances shall not be considered defects.
9. Payment
Payments are processed through accredited third-party payment providers. Husttle does not store credit-card or bank-account details. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment information is correct and that sufficient funds are available.
By placing an Order, the Client authorises Husttle (or its payment provider) to charge the agreed amount. If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g., chargeback), the Order remains valid and the outstanding amount becomes immediately due. Husttle reserves the right to suspend work and/or delivery until full payment is received.
A payment reversal or chargeback does not constitute cancellation of the Order. The Client must follow the cancellation procedure set out in Section 17 to cancel an Order.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Husttle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Order.
Husttle's aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to an Order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that Order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Guarantee
Husttle guarantees that products will substantially conform to the approved Sample and/or Tech Pack. This guarantee is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or unauthorised alterations.
Where a valid guarantee claim is made, Husttle's sole obligation shall be, at its discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the defective product(s). Husttle shall not be liable for any costs beyond the original Order value.
12. Assignment
The Client may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Husttle's prior written consent.
Husttle may assign its receivables or any of its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without the Client's consent, provided that the Client's rights are not materially adversely affected.
13. Intellectual Property
The Client retains all intellectual-property rights in the Client Content (as defined in Section 4) that existed prior to the Order.
All Custom Work, including but not limited to Tech Packs, patterns, design files, and production specifications, created by Husttle during the fulfilment of an Order shall remain the intellectual property of Husttle unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Where the Client wishes to obtain ownership of Custom Work, a separate agreement and/or additional fee may apply. Until such agreement is reached, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Custom Work solely for the purpose of the agreed Order.
14. Sampling Phase
The following rules apply during the Sampling Phase:
- The Sampling Phase begins once the Client has approved the Tech Pack and paid the applicable sampling fee.
- Husttle will produce a Sample based on the approved Tech Pack. The Client will receive the Sample for review and must provide written approval or feedback within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond within 14 days constitutes approval of the Sample.
- If the Client requests changes to the Sample, an additional sampling fee may be charged. Each additional Sample round is subject to the same 14-day review period.
- A maximum of 3 (three) sample rounds is included unless otherwise agreed. Additional sample rounds may be subject to further charges.
- If the cumulative cost of samples exceeds 40% of the estimated production-order value, Husttle reserves the right to request a partial advance payment before continuing.
- If the Client chooses to skip or waive the Sampling Phase, production will proceed based on the Tech Pack alone. By skipping the Sampling Phase, the Client accepts the product "as-is" and acknowledges that minor deviations from the Tech Pack may occur. The Client may not rely on the absence of a Sample to claim a defect unless the product materially deviates from the Tech Pack.
Production will not commence until the Client has provided written approval of the final Sample or has waived the Sampling Phase. An approved Tech Pack is required before any sampling can begin.
15. Production Phase
The following rules apply during the Production Phase:
- The Production Phase begins once the Client has approved the final Sample (or waived the Sampling Phase) and full payment for the production order has been received.
- No changes to the design, specifications, quantities, or materials can be made once the Production Phase has started. Any requested changes may be treated as a new Order and subject to additional charges.
- A fault tolerance of up to 5% of the total order quantity is accepted as industry standard. This means the delivered quantity may vary by up to 5% above or below the ordered quantity. The Client will only be charged for the actual quantity delivered.
- Husttle reserves the right to use an alternative supplier or manufacturer if necessary to fulfil the Order, provided that the quality and specifications of the product are not materially affected.
- Husttle will provide the Client with regular updates on the progress of production and estimated delivery dates.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from Force Majeure. The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable and shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure event.
If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 90 business days, either party may terminate the affected Order by written notice. In such case, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of amounts paid for undelivered goods, less any applicable fees and deductions as set forth in Section 17 (Refunds & Cancellation Policy).
17. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
As all products are custom-made, refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:
Cancellation by the Client
- Design Phase (before sampling begins): The Client may cancel the Order. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total Order value applies to cover design and administrative costs. The remainder will be refunded.
- Sampling Phase: The Client may cancel the Order. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total Order value applies, plus the full cost of any Samples already produced. The remainder will be refunded.
- Custom Work: If Husttle has produced Custom Work (e.g., Tech Packs, patterns), a minimum deduction of €100 per item of Custom Work applies, in addition to any other applicable cancellation fees.
- Production Phase: Once the Production Phase has started, the Order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, as materials have been purchased and manufacturing has commenced.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 28 working days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Husttle is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the Client's bank or payment provider.
Cancellation by Husttle
Husttle reserves the right to cancel an Order at any time if:
- The Client fails to provide required information, approvals, or payment within reasonable timeframes;
- The Client Content infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law;
- Fulfilment of the Order becomes commercially impracticable due to circumstances beyond Husttle's control.
In the event of cancellation by Husttle, the Client will receive a refund of amounts paid, less any costs already incurred by Husttle in fulfilling the Order.

20. Complaints Procedure
Any and all complaints, disputes, or grievances arising out of or in connection with an Order, the products supplied, the services rendered, or these Terms (each, a "Complaint") shall be submitted exclusively in writing to Husttle's designated complaints channel at support@husttle.com.

Husttle reserves the right to request additional information before processing a Complaint.
Husttle shall use reasonable endeavours to acknowledge receipt of a valid Complaint within five (5) working days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) working days of receipt. Where the nature of the Complaint requires further investigation, Husttle shall inform the Client of the expected resolution timeline.
For the avoidance of doubt, the submission of a Complaint does not suspend the Client's payment obligations, nor does it entitle the Client to withhold, set off, or delay any amounts due under the Order or these Terms.
